For its first residential project in North America, Laura Cunico in collaboration with Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio teamed up with acclaimed Argentine-born architect César Pelli, who devised a soaring luxury tower for the brand, located on a prime oceanfront parcel in Sunny Isles Beach, a few miles north of Miami. The opening of the project’s lavish sales center, which won the architectural and design award of Best american sales center of the year, includes a design gallery and 2,500-square-foot model unit: the sales center and the showflat give to buyers a taste of the refined interiors.
The 60-story skyscraper will be 308 residences and the construction is slated to wrap up in 2018. Those spaces are in addition to the tower’s own plush amenities, such as a spa, a gym, a cigar room, a restaurant and a theater
